2) Check which holiday dates offer the lowest priced flights - big savings on flight tickets are often possible
3) Reserve your IdyllicPrague.com holiday
dates by
paying a
deposit of at least 50%.

police registration forms to IdyllicPrague.com

Post your signed
pre-arrival form
to IdyllicPrague.com.
5) It may be helpful if you sent answers to this Guest Arrival Questionnaire to us by email. Tell us any special requirements such as baby cots, wheelchair ramps etc
6) IdyllicPrague.com will post confirmation of deposit receipt and an information pack and vouchers to you. We prefer to do that when the full details of your visit are confirmed, including number of Guests and time of arrival.
7) Consider optional extras such as bicycle rental, personal greeting on arrival (eg airport), local mobile telephone etc
8) Make a balance payment including any extras not later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. This is essential to secure your booking
9) If you would like Airport Collection

The local Czech Authorities do charge us a Tourist Accommodation tax per
person per night
for your stay, but we pay that for you, we do not ask you to pay that as an
extra.
Every eMail and letter
we send to you will always include your name and the
arrival date and the departure date of your holiday in the "Subject".
Despite
taking the utmost care misunderstandings can occur, so if you spot any
discrepancy or have any concerns at all, please tell us immediately.

IdyllicPrague never used PayPal under any
circumstances. IdyllicPrague struggled to use PayPal for several years
but there were so many bad problems with PayPal that IdyllicPrague had to take a
decision to stop using
PayPal. IdyllicPrague bank with
CitiBank. PayPal refuse to cooperate with CitiBank. So in order
to use PayPal
it was necessary for IdyllicPrague to operate CitiBank bank accounts, plus
alternative bank accounts plus a PayPal account.
This became untenable. PayPal charges were typically 7%, but were
unpredictable - there was no way of knowing in
advance what their charges would be. In addition the PayPal approach to
dispute resolution is totally unacceptable click

The best way to transfer money is to send a cheque in the post.
Alternatively money can be transferred
by bank-to-bank transfer. IdyllicPrague will never use PayPal again under
any circumstances.
