Most Holiday-Rentals limit their Guests to a single
changeover day - for example
other rentals might insist that holidays start and stop only on Saturdays.
But we do not specify a changeover day. We have found that our
Guests greatly
appreciate the benefit of being able to schedule their holiday dates to suit
their
precise needs. In addition fully flexible dates allow our Guests to
take
full advantage of low cost flights often achieving dramatic savings in
flight costs.

Prices vary by seasonal demand, so January, February, November, December are
half price,
August and New Year are higher. Minimum rental £100.
Conifer Cottage
and Cherry Tree Cottage
are only 400 metres apart,
so they can be combined to accommodate up to 32 Guests.
Cottage rental rates range from GBP £15 per night to GBP £150 per night except for large groups when prices are £6-£18 per Guest per night. Cottages are always for your EXCLUSIVE use.
Half Price!!! November December January February rental rates are halved (50%). In high season – Spring Holiday (usually April) and Summer Holiday (late July and August) - rental rates are 150%.
Minimum rental 3 nights. Minimum rental per Cottage GBP £200; any night(s) from December 24th-30th £600; December 31st £1,200.
Minimum rental per person GBP £6; any night(s) from December 24th to 30th £75; December 31st £150.
Rent-a-chef service is available at around £6 per person all inclusive for a quality evening meal prepared for you by an expert professional chef.
Bicycle rental may be available.

Cherry Garden Suite and Cherry Tree Lodge have been rebuilt for easy access for wheelchair users. Cherry Tree Cottage consists of Cherry Tree Lodge opened to connect with Cherry Garden Suite.
Combining all the Cottages gives accommodation for up to 40 Guests. We have hosted several very successful IdyllicPrague Weddings.
