If you are organising an IdyllicPrague.com holiday for a large group of friends
then we strongly
advise that you do not act as "banker" to your friends, however much you may
like and trust your friends.
Until your friends have given you their payment in full, we recommend that you
do not
book flights or accommodation on their behalf.
On the other hand, the sooner that you book your flights, the cheaper your
flights will be.
And if you delay booking your IdyllicPrague.com accommodation, it is possible
that
someone else might book your dates before you, and you will lose your dates!
So, what should you do?
Let us suppose that you hope to arrange an IdyllicPrague.com holiday with a
group of 30 friends.
But so far, only 5 friends have given you their money. So why not explain

Cherry Tree Lodge for you! You can also book your flights, benefiting from
cheaper flight prices
by booking early.

payment for 6 more people. Now you have reserved Conifer Cottage.
Not wanting to miss out on the fun, 12 more friends give you their payment.
Explain the situation to
IdyllicPrague.com and send payment for 12 more people.
Now you have reserved both Conifer Cottage
and Cherry Tree Cottage.
You can now continue to increase your numbers as you wish. But we do
ask that your booking is fully
agreed and paid 8 weeks before your holiday. We can take one or two
additions up to 2 weeks before
your holiday.

1) Check that your IdyllicPrague.com holiday dates are available by email or telephone +44 141 416 2000 (email is best)
2) Check which holiday dates offer the lowest priced flights - big savings on flight tickets are often possible
3) Reserve your IdyllicPrague.com holiday
dates by
paying a
deposit of at least 50%.
The Cottage
is for your EXCLUSIVE use for your holiday dates.
4) Post your
police registration forms to IdyllicPrague.com

5) It would be helpful if you sent answers to this Guest Arrival Questionnaire to us by email
6) IdyllicPrague.com will post confirmation of deposit receipt and an information pack to you.
7) Consider optional extras such as bicycle rental, personal greeting on arrival (eg airport), local mobile telephone etc
8) Make a balance payment including any extras not later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday
9) If you would like Airport Collection
then

arrival time, flight number,
departure airport and a mobile telephone number

The local Czech Authorities do charge us a Tourist Accommodation tax per
person per night
for your stay, but we pay that for you, we do not ask you to pay that as an
extra.
Every eMail and letter
we send to you will always include your name and the
arrival date and the departure date of your holiday in the "Subject".
Despite
taking the utmost care misunderstandings can occur, so if you spot any
discrepancy or have any concerns at all, please tell us immediately.
