Late Payment

IdyllicPrague.com is not a hotel.   IdyllicPrague's terms of payment are payment-in-full
8 weeks before the arrival of the Guests.  (These terms are standard in the industry)
Only in exceptional circumstances (see "Payment Not Received" below) at the sole discretion of IdyllicPrague will IdyllicPrague provide access to IdyllicPrague Cottages without

1.     Confirmed payment in full for the entire rental period see Payment
    

2.     Passport details transmitted to the Czech Police Computer see Legal
    

3.     Signed Pre-Arrival Acceptance Form See Pre-Arrival Acceptance Form

Payment Not Received

If IdyllicPrague has not received payment in full, in addition to passport details
and Pre-Arrival Acceptance Form then Guests will NOT be given access to the Cottages.

However in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of IdyllicPrague,
access may be granted on receipt of the following

     A.   Signed Commitment to Pay-in-Full see Commitment-to-Pay-in-Full

     B.    Passport details transmitted to the Czech Police Computer see Legal

     C.    Signed Pre-Arrival Acceptance Form See Pre-Arrival Acceptance Form

The printed signed documents must be scanned and emailed to Info@IdyllicPrague.com
In addition, printed signed copies must be sent to
     IdyllicPrague 33 Daws Lane London NW7 4SD England

Conditions - Right to Evict a Guest who has not Paid in Full

i)    At the sole discretion of IdyllicPrague, IdyllicPrague has the right to evict a Guest
      who has not paid in full at any time without warning

ii)    If IdyllicPrague evicts a Guest who has not paid, the Guest will still pay rental in full
        for the full period booked, not the period that the Guest stayed

iii)    If a Guest leaves early, the Guest will still pay rental in full for the period booked, not
        the period that the Guest stayed

iv)    If IdyllicPrague evicts a Guest who has not paid, IdyllicPrague may rent the same dwelling
        to another Guest.  Payment will still be due from the Guest who has not paid
